Inventories at Sunny Isles Beach continue to decline. On March 27, 2012 there were only 658 total available compared to 750 units from about 3 months ago and 1,500 units at the beginning of 2011.
The same picture is represented in Bal Harbour real estate, as on March 27, 2012 there is an estimate of only 210 condos available, down from 245 from December of 2011.

I explained that we can only likely shoot for Chateau Beach, which is a new project in Sunny Isles where the developer does not yet conceive of the floor plans and prices. Another project in where my client might have a chance is Apogee Beach at Hallandale, but all 2 bedrooms, as well as 3 bedroom apartments are sold out. Also, the prices started there are close to 800,000.00 for two bedroom apartments anyway.
